Hotel Dubrovnik Palace

This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. the luxurious amenities including the indoor pool, sauna and spa centre allowed me to unwind and relax in utter comfort. the beachfront access was amazing and the views from the rooms were breathtaking. the breakfast was amazing with a wide array of options.

The only minor issue I encountered was the service could have been improved, but the exceptional staff made up for it. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic and memorable.

The room was well-appointed and new-fashioned, included with balcony and 2 bathrooms, as for instance.

The hotel was luxurious with marvellous breakfasted and a stunning location next to the national park. We got room with modern decor and a spacious bathroom to relax.

The hotel's interior design was exquisite with comfortable seating areas and stunning Adriatic views from the terrace. I particularly appreciated the spacious layout, which made it easy for us senior folks to move around. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, especially with the bus stop right outside the entrance, making it convenient for us to explore Dubrovnik without any hassle.

I would have appreciated more assistance for senior guests in navigating the area.

The hotel was perfectly clean and had attentive staff. The location was gorgeous for walking around Uvala Lapad Beach. Really nice restaurant within walking distance of the venue. Tasty and sumptuous breakfast, loved its service. Exceptional services. Very clean pool area too.

It was reasonably priced.

The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and access to a hiking trail. The staff is highly attentive and the services in Croatia are above par. The private beach area and pool are well-maintained with plenty of chairs. The hotel provides beach towels, reclining beach chairs, and food/drink services. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection and can be enjoyed on a gorgeous patio with a beautiful view. The hotel is modern and luxurious, with comfortable rooms and the option for a sea view with a balcony. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is convenient for exploring the city.

The staff is courteous here, the services are excellent, and location is wonderful close to the old town and the sea. Compact and huge units with a private balcony.

The most important was the staff - exceptional and pleasant people.

The staff were courteous and professional, and the service was top-notch. The food quality at the breakfast and dinner was excellent and offered a variety of options. The room was clean and spacious, and the view from our Ambassador suite was absolutely incredible. The hotel also had a direct bus connection to the city center, which made getting around very convenient. We also enjoyed the pool and the opportunity to swim and snorkel in the sea right outside the hotel.

We felt quite safe and had no complaints at all during our stay.

We liked every detail about our enjoyable 6 nights stay here. The restaurant was spacious with good food & drinks, it had delicious dishes.

The amazing views from all rooms and public spaces are absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea from our balcony. The location is perfect, with a convenient bus stop right outside the hotel to take us to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the current circumstances, they managed to provide a great experience while adhering to safety guidelines. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this well-run hotel.

The reception was fantastic and fairly clean. In front of a bus station, within walking distance of supermarkets and shops.

Luxury, clean place, everything was SECOND TO NONE, including location and rooms. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The pool was great and the garden — lovely.

The views were so breathtaking, I almost forgot to take selfies for Instagram. Loved sipping cocktails by the pool while pretending to care about work meetings. The food was great, although my bank account might disagree.

Who needs money anyway when you can pay an arm and a leg for food and drinks? Just what I wanted, an astronomical bill to match the astronomical views.

Our room at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace was absolutely stunning! The Deluxe double room was spacious and stylish, with a comfy sofa and a huge luxury bed. The private balcony offered breathtaking views of the Dalmatian coast and the Elaphite Islands. It felt like a dream seaside retreat.

Personally, I found the Jacuzzi in the bathroom to be a bit unnecessary for our family, but others might enjoy it.

The hotel was conveniently located near the local bus stop, making it easy to travel to the old town. The bus ride took around 15 minutes and was a bargain at 15 kuna. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Lapad area, which was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. There were plenty of local spots to eat and see in this area.

One aspect that could be improved was the cleaning staff's approach. They were a bit aggressive, often showing up to clean the room multiple times, even when we were still sleeping in the morning or in the evening.

The hotel is located in the Lapad peninsula away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has stunning views of the sea, which can be accessed via a ladder. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from, in case guests want to explore. Rooms are spacious and come with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, and breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. The hotel has a pool and a beach, both of which are great facilities to enjoy.

The pool area might be a bit crowded as there is only one main pool, and it could be challenging to find space around it.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a big outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The transportation was easy to use with frequent buses.

I chose this hotel for attending a convocation because it provides excellent conference spaces and meeting rooms, which were perfect for my work needs. The location was beautiful and serene, providing a peaceful environment for focused work. The staff was attentive and professional, adding to the overall positive experience.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. This would have been helpful for last-minute document preparations for my meetings.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dubrovnik for a couple of days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel, located just a short walk from the Old Town, offered a great location with beautiful views of the sea and Lokrum Island from my spacious room's balcony. The staff was professional, helpful, and kind, and the breakfast and dinner options were extraordinary. The highlight for me was the well-maintained spa and heated pool, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of sightseeing. it was a truly amazing experience!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great location with frequent bus service and nearby eateries. Fantastic beach, clean comfortable rooms with amazing views, and friendly staff. Good breakfast selection, fast and free WiFi, and high-quality gym equipment. Spa treatments are a highlight. Pool area is stunning with plenty of lounges and bar service.

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay. the room was stylish and had a lovely balcony with an amazing view. the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, and the staff were attentive. the hotel's key location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful views. We also enjoyed spending time by the outside pool and taking advantage of the bar's cocktails.

The evening buffet was not as good as the breakfast buffet, and the prices in the hotel's shops were overpriced. Additionally, some of the facilities, such as the spa and the gym, were not up to par with the hotel's overall luxury.

The hotel was located in a quiet area near the sea, which made it a peaceful retreat. the frequent bus service to the nearby town was very convenient for exploring. the room itself was stylishly decorated and had a stunning balcony with amazing views of the Adriatic. the staff were friendly and provided good service.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. there was a lack of storage space in the room.

The seafront location and sunset views from our balcony were breathtaking. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelettes. We appreciated the free use of the indoor pools and changing area. The staff even gave our niece a baby dressing gown and allowed us to pack a lunch box from breakfast for her. we highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The al fresco poolside bar is a popular place for keeping cool in the heat of the day. I had a fantastic time unwinding by the pool with a refreshing drink, feeling like a movie star in a glamorous old Hollywood film.

Inconsistent service at the restaurant.

We loved the leafy jogging path and walking routes that wind through the beautiful woods on Petka hill just behind the hotel. It was an invigorating experience for the whole family, with stunning views and fresh air, perfect for enjoying nature while getting some exercise. Additionally, the Vala Beach Club was a delightful spot for some quality family time. With its own entrance, private terrace, and special access to the beach, it made our stay feel truly special.

My children wanted more playground facilities for other kids to enjoy at the hotel.

I always return for the perfect stay. The staff once helped me with a room issue late at night, leaving a lasting impression. With Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour service, fitness center, pools. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.
